Cat'n Around Catskill

Once again 50+ larger than life painted and decorated fiberglass, feline figures will take up residence along Catskill's Historic Main Street and surrounding locations, and this year they will find their way to Main Street in the Hamlet of Leeds. This incredibly successful public art project enters its fourth year delighting old and young alike. Come see the newest litter while enjoying a stroll and visiting the shops and restaurants of this quaint 19th century village. Select the cat you would like to bid on at the Cat's Meow Auction and Gala on September 26th at the Historic Catskill Point. You're bound to go home with a smile on your face!! Rip Lives Festival - Mountaintop
May 17-October 1, 2010
Over 50 statues throughout Tannersville, Windham, Hunter, Haines Falls, Jewett and Ashland located along Routes 23 and 23A, as interpreted by the over 50 fine artists/craftspeople who were inspired by Washington Irving's imaginative story that has captivated so many people worldwide. On October 1st there will be a gala auction/dinner following a day of crafts, food and events. Please call for more information.

1st Friday of every month
Every first Friday of the month, from 11 a.m.–2 p.m., the Museum takes part in 1st Friday, Albany's signature cultural event showcasing exhibits from the city’s Museums, galleries, traditional and non-traditional art venues. The main event runs from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with free parking and Albany City Trolley rides.
